Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Manager, Municipal Building, City of Montgomery, Hamilton County, 10101 Montgomery Road, 45242, until 10:30 A.M. local time on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 for the FORESTGLEN DRIVE SIDEWALK PROJECT and at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.
Contract documents, bid sheets, and specifications can be obtained at the Montgomery City Municipal Building, 10101 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 45242 during regular office hours, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday for $25.00 per set, which will not be refunded. Checks shall be made payable to the City of Montgomery. Specifications will also be on file in the plan rooms of the F.W. Dodge Corporation and Allied Construction Industries, Inc., (ACI).
Each bidder is required to furnish with his proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. It is the intent and requirement of the City that this project be constructed and completed by Friday, September 19, 2025.
The Council of the City of Montgomery, Ohio, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
