Dear Montgomery Residents,

Effective immediately, tax forms for the City of Montgomery will no longer be available after the 2023 tax year. Moving forward, all Montgomery residents will need to use the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) for filing their taxes.

For tax years 2024 and beyond, please visit www.ritaohio.com to access the necessary forms and resources.

We encourage you to create an account with RITA for easy online filing, and for any questions or assistance, their website offers helpful guides and contact information.
