The City of Montgomery is proud to be awarded a Top Workplace, 2023, by the Cincinnati Enquirer for the fifth year in a row. It is a title the City and staff work hard to maintain.
“We are incredibly proud to be recognized as a Top Workplace in the Cincinnati area for the fifth consecutive year,” said City Manager Brian Riblet. “This award is special because the feedback comes directly from our staff. The staff, along with City Council, are the reason Montgomery is such a terrific organization and great place to work.”
To determine Top Workplaces, The Cincinnati Enquirer partners with Philadelphia-based Energage to rank organizations. Energage administers a 24-question survey to employees, who are the sole deciders of whether a company’s culture deserves recognition.
“Montgomery City Council is grateful for our staff, their work quality, and their thoughtfulness of each other,” said Mayor Craig Margolis. “When people are happy at work, they stay engaged and longer with the City. It is a win for both our staff as well as residents.”
The City of Montgomery was among 144 businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to be named a Top Workplace 2023.
