Special Brush Pick-Up Notice!
Beginning Monday, October 7, Public Works will begin a city-wide sweep to collect all limbs, etc., left over from Hurricane Helene. They will begin with the Friday route and continue their efforts until the entire city has been covered. We are already in our Fall Brush Pick-Up schedule, with today’s route being Thursday. Public Works staff will work today and this week to complete the “normal” Thursday schedule. The Thursday route will also be included in the Special Brush Pick-Up beginning next week.

Montgomery Road Roundabout Monument Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services

Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services pursuant to RC §§ 9.33 et seq. will be received by the City of Montgomery, Ohio to provide pre-construction and construction services as a Construction Manager at Risk for certain public improvements known as the Montgomery Road Roundabout Monument Project.

CMAR services will begin immediately upon selection of a qualified firm and will include planning, coordinating, managing, directing and constructing all phases of the Montgomery Road Roundabout Monument Project.  Copies of the specific Request for Qualifications for a CMAR which includes additional information, required qualifications and proposal format are on file and available from Gary Heitkamp, gheitkamp@montgomeryohio.gov Public Works Director, City of Montgomery, Ohio, 10101 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 45242, or through the City’s website at www.montgomeryohio.gov.

Submit proposals and qualifications to Gary Heitkamp, Public Works Director, City of Montgomery, Ohio, 10101 Montgomery Road, Montgomery, Ohio 45242, plainly marked on the outside: CMAR Services-Montgomery Road Roundabout Monument Project.  Submittals must be received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on October 24, 2024, and will be opened and evaluated shortly thereafter.  Candidates will be notified if they are included on the short-list of firms to provide additional pricing and technical information.  The City of Montgomery, through its duly authorized officials, reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all proposals and to waive informality in any proposals submitted.
