Proposals for Professional Design Services will be received by the City of Montgomery, Ohio for architectural and associated services related to the design for the Montgomery Safety Center Renovation/Addition Project. Firms with relevant design experience and qualifications are encouraged to submit. The current estimated value of the project is $7,500,000. The purpose of the RFQ process is to identify the most qualified respondents. The City reserves the right to make its selection solely on qualifications submitted and is not required to conduct a formal interview process.

Submittals must be received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on March 3, 2025, and will be opened and evaluated shortly thereafter. Statements received after this date and time will not be considered. Candidates will be notified if they are included on the short-list of firms to provide additional pricing and technical information. The City of Montgomery, through its duly authorized officials, reserves the right to reject any, part of any, or all proposals and to waive informality in any proposals submitted.
