Officer Mike Ross

The City of Montgomery proudly welcomes Mike Ross to our Police Department. Mike has 12 years of law enforcement experience with the Ohio State Highway Patrol. He was promoted to sergeant in 2018 and served as the Assistant Post Commander at the Wilmington Highway Patrol Post in District 8.

“I chose a career in law enforcement because of the satisfaction I get from making a positive impact on society where I can serve and protect the public,” said Mike. “It is very rewarding to me to be able to help somebody else.”

Mike has two sons. He and his fiancé, Hannah, are planning to marry in May. She also has two children. Mike says he is an avid fisherman who absolutely loves the outdoors. His hobbies also include hunting and camping. Congratulations, Mike, and welcome to Montgomery!
