Tracy Henao was appointed Assistant City Manager for the City of Montgomery, Ohio in April 2019, the Community Development Director in January 2015 and previously served as the City Planner since September of 2006. Her prior experience includes serving as the Director of Planning and Zoning for Goshen Township in Clermont County and other roles relating to urban planning and development. Tracy received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati in Environmental Studies and a Master’s Degree in Planning from Indiana University. She is also a graduate of the Leading, Educating, and Development Program from the University of Virginia, Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service. Tracy is a member of the International City Manager Association, Ohio City/County Management Association, Urban Land Institute, and American Planning Association.
Maura Gray serves as Finance Director of Montgomery, Ohio. She has over 23 years of governmental accounting experience at the local level. Maura received her Bachelor’s Degree from Wilmington College in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Walden University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Managerial Accountant. Maura is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is an active member of Government Finance Officers Association at the national, state, and local levels.
