Shelter Information
Shelter reservations available March – October.
- All Shelters are handicap accessible.
- Park restrooms nearby.
- Reservations are at no cost and limited to those who work or reside in the City of Montgomery.
- Non-residents are unable to reserve shelters but may use the shelters on a first-come, first-serve basis providing there is no reservation.
- Montgomery residents can make reservations online or at City Hall. Reservations limited to one per week. *Rain Date reservations not permitted.
Shelter Reservation Packet - Montgomery businesses and their employees must make all reservations in person at City Hall - verification of employment required.
- Alcohol Permit is required to serve alcohol in the shelter. This permit is free of charge and must be approved by City staff.
- Shelter guests must abide by all Shelter Rules as well as all Park Rules And Regulations.
- Shelter renter must bring their own trash bags and dispose of trash in dumpster located in each park. Trash cans in parks are not for use by parties in shelters.
- The Lodges and other City Facilities may not be used for political purposes. The City is not permitted to expend public funds, or devote public resources to support or to advocate for a political party, candidate or cause. Political purposes include fundraising, advocacy, organizational meetings, candidate forums, candidate debates, or similar political activity by a political party, political club, political action committee, candidate, candidate committee, or issue committee. Political purposes do not include meetings organized by a government office or government official to conduct public meetings related to the business of the government. (ORC.9.03).

Lodge Information
- All Shelters and Lodges are handicap accessible.
- Lodges are available for rental year round.
- Residents and Montgomery Businesses/Employees may reserve the lodge up to one year in advance.
- Non Residents may reserve the lodge up to six months in advance.
- To reserve a Lodge on a Holiday, contact City Hall at 513-891-2424.
- Montgomery businesses and their employees must make all reservations in person at City Hall - verification of employment required.
- Alcohol Permit is required to serve alcohol in the lodge. This permit is free of charge and must be approved by City staff.
